How can I track my return?

Returning from the UK with Royal Mail:

Once you submit your return with Royal Mail, you’ll receive a proof of postage receipt with a tracking number. Track your return with your tracking number here. If you provide your email address to Royal Mail, you’ll also receive an email notification with a tracking link.

Returning from outside the UK:

Tracking your return from outside the UK depends on the carrier used. If you use a tracked method, you’ll receive a tracking number from the carrier. We strongly recommend using a tracked carrier method to ensure your return reaches us successfully. If it does not, you might not be entitled to a full refund.

Please note that returns can take up to 15 business days to reach us and an additional 7 days for your refund to be processed once your return is checked at our warehouse.
